Application
This is an automatic distillation test instrument for measuring the atmospheric distillation range of petroleum products. It is designed and manufactured under the test method of GB/T 6536 Atmospheric Distillation Characteristics ofPetroleum Products, GB/T 7534 Boiling Range of Industrial Volatile Organic Liquid, ASTM D 86, ASTM D 850, ASTM D 1078 and other standards for distillation test of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, special boiling point solvents, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuels and industrial volatile organic liquids, etc. It is the latest developed automatic distillation tester with advanced technology, convenient usage and high cost performance.
Features
1.Instrumentation tests the whole process automatically by the industrial computer, full touch 10.4-inch LCD test, the whole process shows data and correlation curves of the temperature and volume.2. Liquid level tracking system consists of high subdivision step US Haydon brand linear motor and imported photoelectric tracker (Japan KEYENCE).3. Cooling medium inner loop, the first domestic use antifreeze instead of cooling water.4. Can automatically control the distillation heating circuit, and makes the sample flow rate control from the initial distillation point to 95% within 4 ~ 5 ml per minute.5. Can provide initial distillation point temperature and final distillation point temperature value, also can provide temperature and flow rate at percent point.6.Can detect local atmospheric pressure automatically and correct for the temperature at standard atmospheric pressure automatically.7. User can choose to crease the test according to the steam temperature or volume recovered.8. Can store, query and print test results.9. Initial boiling point temperature is detected by the optical fiber sensor.10. With a fire extinguishing system.11. It comes with a safe temperature setting function.12. The instrument can automatically detect and display temperature and velocity time for every 5% volume point.
