The winded yarns can be widely used for weaving packing bags, vege- table bags, shading net, dust net. Etc..The screw and barrel of extruder are made by high quality 38#CrMoAIA; the cold water tank is made of stainless steel; The seven rolls strethc- ing device adopts gear box transmission; yarns drawing and fixing adopts advanced hot air oven. Therefore, the main technical function of this unit can reach to international high level of fast speed, high capacity, low energy consumption, and good shape forming . The entire unit has the advantage of compact structure, attractive appearance, smooth running, flexible and reliable control, simple operating.
