Function of plastic dowel
The main function of rail plastic dowels are to insulate the fastener parts from the ties. Rail plastic dowels are used to guarantee the good connection and linkage of the rail fastening system with the concrete sleeper, with screw spikes or bolts. These plastic dowels of the railway sleeper can also be responsible for the electrical insulation.
