1. The Machine
Our sealing (cold cutting) bag making machine is specially designed as dual-use machine for T-shirt bags and flat bags with photoelectric automatic tracking, fixed-length by microcomputer, high limit downtime, automatic counting and alarm on reaching the set value, high compensation accuracy, keep the bags neat, little error and high automation, so it is an ideal equipment for producing white bags, colored vest bags. The HDPE/LDPE film bags produced by this machine are suitable for go shopping in the supermarket and shopping malls.

Hot sealing and cold cutting, highly automatic to produce T-Shirt bags; If dissemble the punching unit, the machine can produce flat bags
One photocell enables to cut printed bags
Step motor installed to pull the rubber roller
Position controller controls the operation, clear settings system for easy operation
Static eliminator to get rid of statics on film surface for better cutting
Auxiliary punching controller installed on punching unit to cooperate with cutting/sealing unit
Automatically moving conveyor belts, very convenient for operator to pack the bags
Digital temperature controllers to adjust the temperature of the heating bar
