Roll to roll die-bonding shorten the production process and improving the production efficiency as it avoid the handing loss and time wasting due to process transfer.Roll to roll FPC avoid the hand fake welding and dry joint and insufficient soldering.The COB strip quality is very steady.The first pass yield of Skyball COB strip is 99.8%.
There are 15lines automatic COB die-bonder, increase the production efficiency, around 1000,000mtrs COB strip production capacity every Month.
SKYBALL 100mts long roll to roll die-bonder, save the labor cost in soldering by hand 50cm to 50cm FPC, avoid the handing loss and time wasted due to process transfer.5mtrs with a compelte line without welding, avoid any broken from tin-solder,oxidation,solder false etc.
