KC522C Fully Automatic Thread Winding machine
Auto-doff High Speed Precision Winder
Mainly suitable for winding of spun sewing thread,embroidery thread, fishing net thread etc.
Used for A-tube, Y-tube (King-tube), cylinder tube production, be suitable for the production which need exchange a variety specifications.
Features
Intelligent and constant temperature oil feeding device which can stop automatically when out-of oil or oil shortage.
It can also follow the leaner speed to change the amount of oil supply automatically, which achieve accurate refueling and perfect ensure the oil amount.

Functions of KC522 auto winder:

---Auto cutting end of yarn and inserted to cone fully automatically
---Intelligent oil device, which works the same function as Graf oil device as below:
1) It works to adjust temperature for oil, with oil box installed;
2) It works to control oil flowing speed with sensor installed;
3) When oil used up, it will stop single spindle and give alarming;
4) It has sponge inside covering the yarn, yarn going through the sponge will add oil more evenly,
and also sponge will avoid oil flying out when machine running high speed ,to save oil for customers.
