What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology utilizes electricity to control the magnetic field of permanent magnet materials, manifesting either magnetic force (magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (demagnetized state). This cutting-edge application technology autonomously attracts or releases materials with precision.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil triggers instantaneous excitation current, toggling the magnetic field of reversible magnetic material. This results in a powerful adsorption force as the magnetic field envelops the pole surfaces. With no magnetic loss, it operates silently without heat or energy consumption (illustrated in Figure 1.1).
During the demagnetized state, once magnetized, the electromagnetic coil reactivates briefly, altering the reversible magnetic field via an internal circuit. The magnetic field retracts inside the permanent magnet, leaving the pole surfaces non-magnetic and releasing the material (as illustrated in Figure 1.2).
