ZB-D Automatic Paper Cup Forming Machine
ZB-D paper cup machine runs a whole procedure of paper-feeding, cup-fan-wall sealing, oiling, bottom punching, heating, rolling, rimming, rounding and tripping. It is an ideal equipment for producing drinking cups, market cups, coffee cups, advertising cups, etc. which is wildely used in drink and beverage market.
We recommend you to usd Ultrasonic paper cup machine, which can produce single and doble PEcoated paper cups, if you need double PE coated paper cups or paper gram higher 250g/m2

Advantage and improvement
1. To use gear drving system insead of chain, which is more stable running and speed improvement.
2. To use automatic lubrication recycle system instead of oiling by hand to reduce the friction and wear between gears, so that the machine runs more safe and steady, as well as cost fewer.
3. TO use 125 type gear box, which endures more pressure, makes the product more accurate and has a long life.
4. To use the new type speed reducer 100. Also the new design of the knurling wheel is used to guarantee the even pressure and better bottom sealing.
5. Cup folding parts are controlled by three separate cams, and each folding clip can be adjusted by itself.
6. To use manipulator to transfer the up body instead of falling itself by pipes, which makes the equipment more stable and accurate under the fast running.
7. Change the Ø25 normal steel shaft to Ø30 imported steel shaft to be sttrengthened,longer life and more stable.
8. To use the organ type sucker, the power and stability of sucking is enhanced by it. The product life is more longer than before.
