4. In the process of aluminum smelting, there are great differences in heat load demand and heat transfer mode at different stages. Therefore, a continuous flame size adjustment and control system should be equipped. Only in this way can we achieve accurate control of fuel combustion in all stages of aluminum smelting and achieve better energy saving effect. At the same time, it is beneficial to improve the quality of smelting products and reduce the oxidation burning loss of aluminum.
