Crossed-flow type low temperature grain dryer
Top and bottom, no screw conveyor design: Eliminating the need for screw conveyors, the elevator's input and output now feature inclined stainless pipes, leveraging the grain's dead weight to fall freely without any risk of crushing.
Pull forward and suck backward with a large air volume design: The drying section incorporates three sets of diagonal blowers, with one providing positive pressure air supply at the air inlet and two others creating negative pressure air suction at the air outlet. This configuration balances air volume, reduces resistance, and enhances the utilization ratio of hot air.
Higher drying layer design: The drying layer surpasses 1.6m in height, with the upper and lower combination of the two sections exhibiting high strength and no deformation. The well-thought-out drying layer design ensures stable grain discharge velocity, uniform drying, and a higher drying efficiency rate.
We have implemented a separate dust blower and dust pipe system to achieve effective dust removal, enhancing the overall working environment satisfaction.
Automatic temperature control is employed to ensure the hot air temperature during the drying process, thereby achieving a high level of drying quality.
