What is Co-extrusion Decking?
Simplely,it is a HDEP outlayer that surrounding the core material,It is designed to enhance the performance of AVID WPC products such like performances of fire-resistance,waterproof,anti-scratch. Indeed the AVID co-extrusion products has stronger performance then classic one in all fields.
How do install my Decking?
Actually the installation is quite easy,only require a simple tool like an electric drill, clips, and screws. You can finish the installation quickly, generally, 2 people are enough to complete about 50 square meters of decking.
How do I clean my Decking?
Compared to traditional wooden decking, composite decking requires little maintenance. Regular cleaning can keep longer tidiness and longer use. All you need for cleaning your decking area is a hard brush, soapy water, a bucket of warm water, airy space in warm and dry weather.
Why the keel is neceary for the installation of wpc decking?
When we install the flooring, firstly the keels are fixed in the ground surface with the T-clip and then we put the solid decking board on the keels. You know the wpc decking board can't be put on the ground surface directly. For one thing, it can affect of the planeness of the flooring surface after installation. For the other thing, it is not good to control the drainage of the bottom, because the wpc decking board is mainly used for outdoor, which rains a lot. So keels must be used to hold the solid decking board when installed.
Can ordinary wood be used as the joist to follow the WPC DECKING?
Because the WPC DECKING has a long service life, and ordinary wood will have damaged concerns, it is recommended to use stainless steel or galvanized or aluminum metal as joist.
If there is one piece of the decking board broken, do we need to remove all the decking board to repair it?
No. If replce the broken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the broken decking and then take the broken decking out, it's easy.
The density and the strength of the decking?
The density of our wpc decking is 1.3%-1.4%(1300-1400kgs/cbm). The strength of the hollow one is about 320kgs (That's to say, based on the space between the keels of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 320kgs.) and the strength of the solid one is 400kgs-500kgs.(That's to say, based on the space between the keels of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 400kgs-500kgs.)
How to assure the quality?
During the manufacturing process, our QC will check the size, color, surface, the quality, then they will get a piece of sample to do a mechanical property test. The quality will also be checked after treatment.
Do WPC DECKING products easy to fade?
Wood plastic composite material performs well in weather resistance and UV resistance, but prolonged exposure will inevitably affect its color. Among wood-plastic composite decking, co-extruded composite decking is the best in terms of fade resistance.
What is your delivery time?
Usually 10-15 days after receiving a 30% deposit for one 20ft container (nearly 850 square meters goods), this time can be reduced to 7 days if the order is regular, so that we could arrange the product works in advance.
How about Payment term?
TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the B/L copy,L/C at sight.Any other payment methods, please kindly remind in advance, it can be negotiated.
