Notes for tensioner use:
1. When the working Angle of the tension rod is the same as that of the static installation, or when the tension rod sags to 90 degrees after starting to work, please be sure to readjust the tension again, so as to avoid abnormal wear and reduce the service life of the tensioner components.
2. When the tensioner is in normal use, please check whether there is any residual enameled wire break on the damping wheel when installing or replacing the enameled wire. Please be sure to remove it, otherwise it will be involved in the damping wheel when starting again, causing irregular changes in tension.
