A: Generally we quote prices according to goods' part number , if you don't have , please provide us chassis number , we can confirm the exactly goods according to the chassis number. About the inquiry list, we usually finish the quotation within 24 hours . If you are very urgent ,please inform us earlier. The prices are valid within 20 days.
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF,CPT etc.
Q5. What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T, L/C ,D/P ,D/A and WESTER UNION. Normally 30% deposit, 70% balance payment before delivery. We'll show you pictures of the goods to double confirm before you arrange balance payment.
Q6: Do you have warranty ?
Yes, of course . Our warranty its 3 month after installed in the truck.
Q7. What is your delivery time?
A: 20GP normally 7 to 14 days , 40HC normally 13- 18 days after receiving prepayment. The exactly delivery time depends on the items and quantities which you ordered.

Q8. Can you make customized production according to samples?
A: Yes, we can produce according your samples or technical drawings. We can manufacture molds and fixtures.
