Product feature
1.Large tension range, using the latest wire jump-prevent structure;
2.Tension scale is precise with tension value, which is convenient for testing of several machines. 3.Mounting diameter is 16mm, vertical type, anti-tension rod with big swings and long wire reel.
4.Tension generated with multi NS magnetic field, no mechanical friction, and with stability tension;
5.The main components :O-ring, and all imported bearings and supurb quality.
Note:
1.Please reading the product instruction carefully before using;
2.If long time without using. When the damping wheel jitter, before starting please turning to degaussing process first clockwise and then counterclockwise tension adjuster to adjust the maximum to the minimum to complete the degaussing.
3.When debugging, first adjust the tension to the scale position, and then adjust the Anti-back tension, adjustment knob makes the tension rod under the green logo(slightly lower than the level state)
4.The reason for the tension can't adjust:

1)The wool pre-tighten is not enough need to be adjust it;
2)The O-Ring and the wool felt is too dirty need to be clean ot replace.
5.Normally working the tension can be adjusted from small to large (clockwise), prohibit the tension by major to small (counterclockwise), otherwise cause breakage.
6.When replace Wool felt please according to the thickness and size with the factory, or it will cause the wire not smoothly.
