The oil filter silk printing machine is suitable for curved surface printing of cylindrical, elliptical and flat products made of plastic, glass, ceramics, wood, metal and other materials. The machine is assembled with all imported electrical components, which makes its accuracy reach the level of peers, and greatly prolongs the service life of the machine.

Oil / Diesel / Air Filter
Oil filter, also known as oil grid. lt is used to remove dust, metalparticles, carbon deposits, soot particles and other impurities inthe engine oil and protect the engine.
The oil filter can be dividedinto full flow type and split flow type. The full flow filter is connectedin series between the oil pump and the main oil passage, so it canfilter all the lubricating oil entering the main oil passage.
Thesplit flow cleaner is connected in parallel with the main oil passageand only part of the lubricating oil sent by the oil pump is filtered.
Oil Filter Making Process1. Shell : according to the complexity of the shape, with the stretching machine to pull 3-6 hands, the middle of the need to cut the edge of the machine cutting edge.
2. Cover: more models, moulds are made according to car models.
3. Filter paper: more models (mainly oil and diesel filter)
Finished cartridge is loaded into the shell → cover and shell are pressed and moulded by can sealing machine (anaerobic adhesive needs to be hit by gluing machine before encapsulation of cover) → shell is printed with instructions by silk screen printing machine → leakage testing machine → sealing machine packaging → carton packaging → loaded into pallet for storage.
