1 General information
Foinoe automatic endoscope washer-disinfector is researched and developed according to standard ISO 15883-4. It adopts automatic micro processor controlling. The product is made of washing tank and pipeline system and can be used with many kinds of disinfectant such as: glutaraldehyde, peracetic acid, OPA, chlorine dioxide and electrolyzed oxidizing water. The treatment for endoscope includes leaking test, blocking test, wash, enzymewash, rinse, disinfection, final rinse, alcohol drying and air drying.
Foinoe series product is applicable for the disinfection of endoscopes such as gastroscope, colonoscopy, duodenoscope and bronchoscope.
Foinoe series includes Foinoe 50 (single-tank) and Foinoe 60 (double-tank). It is also divided into four models of Foinoe 50A, Foinoe 60A, Foinoe 50B and Foinoe 60B based on the type of disinfectant that used in the product. Foinoe 50A and Foinoe 60A are applicable for those one-off disinfectants that should be diluted by water; Foinoe 50B and Foinoe 60B are applicable for those re-usable disinfectants that do not need to be diluted by water.
2 Features
Endoscope protection design
Leaking test function
The leaking test will finish before the endoscope contacts the liquid and will also keep testing during the operation. The system gives out visual and audible signals and will terminate operation as soon as the leaking value exceeds the setting value.
Blocking test function (optional)
The blocking test will start before the endoscope contacts the liquid and after the operation. The system gives out visual and audible signals and will terminate operation as soon as the pipe is blocked.
100% wash-disinfection
Omnibearing wash-disinfection
The tank equipped with rotating nozzle and spray arm to wash the outer surface of the endoscope, in the meanwhile, the circulating water flow keeps flushing the endoscope from inside.
Endoscope pressure booster pump
It is used for washing of tiny pipe, such as air/water injection nozzle, to reduce the formation probability of bacteria biofilm.
Build-in water treatment function
It is equipped with build-in double-level (0.45 μm and 0.2 μm) water filter which could filter out the water impurity to guarantee the disinfection result. Sterile water rinse
To avoid secondary contamination caused by unsanitary water, the endoscope will be rinsed by sterile water which filtered by 0.2 μm filter after disinfection.
Drying function
It is used for drying the inner and outer surface of endoscope. Foinoe equipped with air drying and alcohol drying for user to order.
Self-disinfection function
The self-disinfection program can be started during maintenance or after the termination of operation. The function is designed to disinfect for wash-disinfection tank (includes 0.2 μm filter) and pipeline.
Most speedy wash and disinfection
An endoscope can be wash-disinfected within 15mins by Foinoe which dramatically improves the endoscope turnover efficiency.
Note: Specific wash-disinfection time depends on the type of disinfectant.
Perfect medical workers protection
Auto door with foot switch
The automatic visual glass door is adopted for observing the operation inside the tank. The door can be opened by gently kicking the foot switch.
Totally enclosed
Foinoe wash-disinfection tank adopts totally-enclosed structure to avoid sanitizer odor leakage so that protect the medical workers. Automatic adjuvant injection
Medical workers only need to link the adjuvant container with the tank through a connector to avoid harm that caused from manual adjuvant injection.
Disinfectant auto-sampling function
Both Foinoe 50B and Foinoe 60B are equipped with the disinfectant auto-sampling function which could monitor the concentration of the disinfectant so that protect user's safety.
Process traceability system
Process data printing
For filing purpose, the printer will print all of process data timely during the operation.
Process data management (optional)
The system collects information of endoscope and operator and connects the process data with computer managing system to achieve synchronization management of patient and disinfection information.
Automatic double-tank disinfector Two endoscopes can be treated at same time
Two tanks work independently so that if one of them breaks down will not affect the other one.
Room-saving
Optimized pipeline system achieves that two tanks share the same water inlet and outlet.
Cost-saving
Two tanks share the same water filter, air compressor, touch-screen and printer so that save the use-cost.
