The SUS 316L powder sintered small filter element is made of 316L powder pressed through a mold and then sintered at high temperature. It adopts its technology and strictly controls every step of the production process, including powder particle distribution, molding and sintering. It has high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
The SUS 316L powder sintered small filter element has good, uniform pore size distribution, good air permeability, cleanable regeneration, weldable and mechanically processable, etc. By adjusting the powder particle size and process conditions, it is possible to produce porous metal sintered filter elements with a wide range of filtration accuracy.

Craftsmanship
