1. Hammer crusher Application:
Hammer crusher with big crushing ratio (general 10-25, high 50), high productive capacity, the product equality, low energy consumption , simple structure, easy to maintain andsimple in operating.
Hammer crusher for crushing all kinds of hard and abrasive weak materials. The material compressive strength does not exceed of 100Mpa, Moisture content is less than 15%. Broken material is coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick, limestone etc. It also can broke fiber structure more flexibility and toughness of the broken wood, paper, waste of asbestos cement, recycling of asbestos fibers and so on.
2. Hammer crusher Working Principle :
Hammer crusher can be used not only in broken production line, sand production line system, but also can replace the cone crusher in the mineral processing production line.The main working parts of ring hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer ,rotor is composed of spindle, disk, pin and hammer. The motor drive the rotor with high-speed rotation in the broken cavity, materials from the up mouth feeder into the machine, it is crushed by high-speed movement of the hammer blow's impact, shear, grinding. Under the rotor, there is a screening plate, the crushed material whose size is smaller than the sieve can come out through the sieve, the other material whose size is bigger than the sieve will still be combated and grinded by the hammer, finally through the plate out.
3. Hammer crusher Features :
The hammer crusher hammer and grate screen wear down quickly ,take time long to maintain and find balance , when crush hard material, wear faster; Broken sticky wet materials, easily blocked grate screen, therefore easy to cause the machine halt (the water content of the material should not exceed of 10%).Niu engineer made accurate adjustment to hammer key parts,makes hammer crusher service life increased 20%, reduce the weakness of bearing overheating, uneven grain size, low output and loud noise, reduce the energy consumption of the crusher, make this series crusher to low energy consumption, high wear-resisting, environmental protection direction.
