Ribbon Blender is composed of container, screw stirring paddles and transitional parts: the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layers or 3 layers, the outer screw converge is the material to the center from two sides, and the inner layer of screw conveys the material to the two sides from the center, so as to from convection mixing of powder which needs to add liquid, and paste material.
Ribbon Blender is composed of U-shaped cylinder, spiral belt mixing blade and transmission parts. The spiral belt blade is generally made into double layers. During operation, the outer spiral belt collects materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral belt transports materials from the center to both sides, forming convection mixing. The mixing part can also be made into paddle type or added with flying knife to adapt to different materials. The cylinder cover can be made into arch or full open type, which can bear pressure, and the full open type is convenient for cleaning the inside of the equipment. The advantages of this machine are wide application range, high mixing uniformity, short mixing time and large loading coefficient.
Ribbon type mixer is suitable for mixing powder and powder, particles and powder, powder and a small amount of liquid. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, feed, plastic and building materials industries, and can be made according to GMP standards. The machine has wide adaptability to mixture, can mix uniformly to viscous materials, and can keep particles as complete as possible to granular materials
Ribbon blender is characterized by big coefficient of loading, small occupied area and difficult to clean viscous material. So it is suitable for the mixing case, where the output is large and there is no need of displacing material variety frequently.
