Main Features:1) The single belt dryer is the most advanced continuous working hot air circulation dehydration equipment for vegetables, herbs, spicy industry. The dryer is suitable for high capacity processing for slices, dices or particles products. Typical products suitable for the belt dryer are onion, garlic, carrot, herbs, etc. 2) The single layer belt drying equipment carried out by using hot air through each wind guide system allows hot air evenly through the materials, speed up the evaporation of water. 3) The elevating connection conveyor is used for connection between single layer belt dryers. The purpose for the connection is that through the connection belt, the materials will have a turn over to release the inner water rapidly and in this section, people can also check the product conditions for better control of the product quality. Main technical parameters:1) Application: Continuous belt dehydration for Fruit and Vegetables;2) Production inlet capacity: 500-3000kg/hinput of raw material;3) Drying time: 3-5hours (different temperature in different drying section which can be adjustable)4) Power Supply: 380V 3Ph. 50Hz;5) Steam consumption: 0.5-2.5T/hr;6) Drying temperature: 50-150°c.7) Water remained after drying: 5%-25%(controllable) Blet Dryer Summary:The GBJ series belt type drying machine has a box type structure. The box is provided with single layer or multiple layers of conveying belts. The belt type drying machine includes: GBJ series single-layer belt type with the commonly-used drying area specification of 20 M²,used in two sections or three sections. The temperature can be controlled in different sections and can be automatically adjusted according to the settings. GBJ-M(F)multi-layer belt type(turning plate type). The conveying belt can be screen mesh or turning plate. The commonly-used drying area specifications are25 M²and 60 M².The conveying speed and fan volume of the GBJ series drying machine adopt frequency conversion stepless speed adjustment to meet drying requirements of different materials. Application:This Drying Processing Line is suitable for drying garlic, ginger, carrot, potato, bean, chestnut, almond, traditional Chinese medicine materials, shelled shrimp and other granular materials.
