2.This machine mainly produce the pulp molded products,such as egg tray , egg box, fruit tray,coffee tray.
3, The material for the molded pulp products is waste paper,corrugated paper, waste newspaper,magazine.
4.The Molding machine part is 8 faces rotating drum, each surface has 3 moulds. So there are 24 moulds and other have 3 transfer moulds. The moulds material can use plastic or aluminous depend on buyer's request.
5.. The major equipment of the machine are three parts include: Pulp Making System, Molding System, Drying system and packing system.

- Consist of 1pc of forming platen and 1 pc of transfering platen.
- Platen size: 1100x470mm,4sets of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen.
- Forming efficiency: 5-6 cycles/min;
- Equiped with vacuum auto draining system;auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control
cabinet.
