The high quality egg crate washing machine is mainly composed of these parts:
Reducer, water pump, cylinder, bracket, roller, spray pipe, hopper, cover, water tank, valve, drive shaft, motor frame, electric control switch and other components.
The working principle of the crate washing machine:
The washing machine works with three phase asynchronous motor, when the plastic trays/crates are put on the guide rail, the high pressure sprinkler in the water tank sprays the cleaning fluid, to remove the impurities in the trays/crates, then the impurities fall into the water tank together with the cleaning liquid.
The temperature of high-pressure spray water is normally 60ºC.
