1.Full automatic , automatic feeding and automatic filling , whole production line only need one worker.
2.Quantitative filling , all pillow weight are same , the tolerance less than 5 grams.
3.Whole production line frequency conversion, accurate control at every step including fiber feeding quantity,fiber opening quantity,fiber filling quantity and air volume.
4.The whole machine adopts imported Schneider electric devices, Delta PLC, Steel plate computer numerical control one-time cutting.
5.Different pillow size, Different type pillow case , Different shapes of pillow can be used.
6.Filling time can be set on PLC to meet different size pillow.
