Maintenance:
1. Read the manual carefully before operation, and be familiar with the adjustment and use methods.
2. According to the provisions of the vacuum pump manual, carry out regular maintenance of the vacuum pump, refuel (pay attention to maintaining the oil level), and strictly pay attention to not allowing the reversal, so as not to cause the misoperation of the pump and the pump reversal, and the oil is sprayed into the vacuum system in the pump.
3. Frequently check whether there are foreign objects on the sealing paint cloth of the lower hot pressure frame and whether it is flat to ensure the sealing strength.
4. Frequently check whether the grounding of the machine is in good contact to ensure safe use of electricity.
5. When the fault is found, the power should be turned off in time, if necessary, the emergency stop button should be connected, and the cover should be lifted after deflating, and then the voltage should be turned off, the cause should be checked, and the fault should be eliminated.
