Pneumatic tubing chuck for oil field drilling
Pneumatic tubing chuck is a specialized clamping tool used in oilfield drilling and well repair operations, mainly used to clamp tubing, drill pipes, casing and other pipe columns.
The design and manufacturing of this chuck comply with the requirements of API Spec 7K specification, and it has the characteristics of simple and durable structure, wide functional range, etc. It is an ideal specialized clamping tool in oilfield drilling and well repair operations.
Pneumatic tubing chucks are usually divided into various models such as C-type, CHD type, E-type, etc. Each model has its specific clamping diameter and maximum load capacity to meet different operational requirements.
The C-type pneumatic chuck is suitable for pipe diameters ranging from 1.315 to 3.1/2 inches, with a maximum load of 80 tons. It is suitable for clamping drill pipes, oil pipes, etc. in oilfield well repair operations.
The diameter range of CHD type pneumatic chuck is the same as that of C type, which is 1.315-3.1/2 inches, but the maximum load is increased to 120 tons, and it is also suitable for oilfield well repair operations.
The diameter range of the E-type pneumatic chuck is 2.3/8-3.1/2 inches, with a maximum load of 175 tons, suitable for larger load requirements.
