HOSE REEL IRRIGATION SYSTEM
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION The hose reel irrigation machine is composed of frame ,reel,PE tube,water turbine,gearbox and water carriage.Spray gun is mounted on a trolley chich is dragged by the hose driven by water turbine.So the machine actually is motivated by the water pressure.

Single spray gun and framed spray are two model of reel irrigation machine.
Single spray gun model is most popular machine in the market ,it features the longer spray distance,easy for operating and towable.The spray gun swing vertically and is made of aluminum alloy or stiffen plastic and can be used for over 10 years.

Framed spray is driven by lower water pressure.More used for irrigating fragile crops,prevent them from impacting by big droplets and prevent the runoff as well.The turbine is made of stainless steel and coved with high strength aluminum .The axle is sealed by mechanical way and features the excellent sealing and water resisting.The water outing of the turbine has adjustable plate to change speed flatly to assure smooth speed during withdrawing.

The boom adopts stainless steel pipe, length is 26m.
Can use the AS26m boom cantilever type if the plant request small rainfall.
With the advantage of lower pressure, smaller water-drop, higher water distribution uniformity, small influence for wind.
MAIN PARTS 1.Water Turbine
Water turbine is the heart of the whole machine parts, it is the power-drive system of machine, also can regulate water flow, ensure PE tube recovery speed uniform.
2. Oriented device
It can effectively guarantee the reliability of the reversing, can ensure PE pipe safely and orderly arrangement in the winch. And guide walk uniform, no card hysteresis, completely solved the problem of oriented mechanism reversing difficult, improve the accuracy of speed adjustment.
3. Gear box
Multi-functional gear box is the control system of whole machine, this system can realize the clutch, brake, variable speed, fast and safe recovery of transmission system.
4. Frame and winch
It can rotate 360°, make the sprinkler car to work on different orientation field, reduce the machine movement frequency, and increase the reclamation index.
5. PE pipe
Our PE pipe is made of special polyethylene material, of which technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. By durability test in different country's climatic condition, its expected service life is more than 15 years.
6. Automatic speed governing device
By a complete set of connecting rod structure, it can adjust the opening of casing tongue of water turbine, achieving infinitely variable speed of water turbine, ensuring PE pipe to maintain a constant speed among different layers.
