After Sales Service
1. Buen Mould will send the processing report each 10 days during the tooling (tooling photos and words descriptions).
2. Buen Mold can provide full set product and mould drawings and all relative papers (igs, stp, x_t).
3. Buen Mould will send customers the testing samples and running videos for customer to check the product running status. The samples can be sent by DHL or any specified courier.
4. Buen mould can provide the mould and machine test report.
5. Before goods shipment, each mould and machine will be tested at least one hour to check the stability.
FAQ
1. Your company is manufacturer or trader?
Buen: we are manufacturer with many years rich experiences and we have our own tooling equipments.
2.How long does it take to make a 4 cavity blow mould?
Buen: 20 days till T1 test.
3. What's your payment terms?
Buen: 50% prepayment; the balance shall be released before shipment after document releasing. FOB Ningbo/Shanghai or CIF destination port.
4.How about your after-sales service?Buen: we can appoint the technicians go overseas to help customer in equipment installation, operation and technical training. But the buyer shall bear the cost for translator, return air tickets, accommodation, transportation and salary of the technicians.
