Brief introduction of complete wood pellet production line wood pellet making line:
1.Wood pellet production line can press 6.8.10 mm diameter biomass fuel pellet and fertilizer pellets ,such as biomass waste from sawdust, rice husk, coffee husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower seed, palm shell, paper, plastic ect, such as fertilizer materials from animal manure ,plant waste etc . The length of final pellet can be adjusted.
2.This line contains Drying process, Pelletizing process, Cooling process, Screening pellet process and Packing process, low invest and high working efficiency.
3.Wood Pellet production line is mainly air conveying materials way, existing far less dust than belt conveyor or bucket elevator conveying way, saving much place and price, also existing less dust.
1.Wood Chipper

1)It is an ideal equipment of processing wood materials like wood branch, round logs, square blocks and wood pieces into wood chips with settled dimensions.
2)Two feeding type: top-feeding or side-feeding by belt conveyor-changeable speed of feeding logs.
3)The durable feeding conveyor solves the problem of the large wood feeding.
2.Hammer Mill&Crusher
1)this kind of hammer mill is widely used in farm,wood factory,etc.
2)The raw materials can be crushed into straw particles,whose diameter is 3-8mm.
3)The machine could be driven by electric motor or diesel engine.

3.Dryer
1)Drying is important before briquetting process. It is necessary o control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly, in order to get superior quality of biomass briquettes with high density
2)The selection of dryer model depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.
