Full Downdraft Auto Paint Spray Booth
Spray paint booths represent one of the greatest improvements made toward cost-effective productivity in modern manufacturing. You maybe have some items to paint in a spray booth, like cars, trucks, boats, planes, parts and furniture, no matter what size, industry or application, we can design to fit your needs.
This car paint booth is considered as the most ideal model for the auto repair shops of our customers from home and abroad. It is usually applicable for both car repair factories and common car 4S shops in those countries or regions where the environmental protection is demand.
GL3-CE Spray Booth Description
--Wall panel: sandwich style, δ=50mm, rock wool. (Polystyrene is optional)
--Basement: steel strucutre, 3 rows of vein board and 2 rows of grids, full grids as optional.
--Door: 3 pcs of front door without aluminum side cover. 1 pcs of emergency door with pressure lock.
--Ramp: 2 pcs of vein board.
--One 7.5kw intake fan and one 5.5kw exhaust fan
--4m straight exhaust ducts, one 90° bend, and one 60°bend, 5m straight chimney and 2 small bends.
--Spraying/baking transition damper, automatically air controlled.
--Heat exchanger:stainless steel.Riello G20 burner.
--Roof filter: 4 pcs of filter, mounted above support frame, which is made of steel and podwer coated.
--2 pcs of floor filter and 1 pcs of outlet filter.
--Upper light: 10sets, 4*18W per set.
--Side light: 8sets, 2*18W per set.
--Control box: Main CE components ,overload, overheat, phase-lacking protection, straight driven motor.
--Automatically stop when preset time is up. Constant temperature spraying.
--Environmental filter: the equipment canbe adopted M style activated carbon or drawer style activated carbon as optional.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in Iron frame packing and Carton packing.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and
packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery
time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
