Our Carbon/Ceramic Sueding machine is desinged for knit/woven fabric, with fully automatic tension control system, all control components are German high-quality brands, which can effectively ensure the stability and service life of the machine. The sueding machine operation is simple and controlled by touch screen, also the sueding machine is equipped with our exclusive design of the central dust collection system, which can absorb a large amount of dust generated when the fabric processed, at the same time, the high-speed flow air inside the brush can effectively reduce the temperature of the brush, keep the brush clean and reduce the dust adhesion, so that it can avoid the problem of fabric staining and discoloration caused by the high temperature of the brush, when workers change the processed fabric in the machine, there is no need to stop the machine for cleaning. Our machines have been upgraded to the fifth generation, from the first generation of 6-Roller Sueding machine to the fifth generation of 12-roller Sueding machine, there are also 7-roller model, 8-roller model, cover knitting fabric and woven fabric, expecially for Sweater cloth, child cloth, underwear fabric, cotton fabric, polyester fabric. Our Brushes can be customized also sold separately, we have carbon brush and ceramic brush tow types, the brush wire is imported from Germany and plant by hand in China, both can process more than 5 million meters fabric, it is extremely durable. Our brush is also applicable to other brand sueding machines.
