1BJ -4.4 Middle-duty Disc Harrow
The 1BJ-4.4 middle-duty disc harrow's front gangs are assembled with scalloped disc, and rear gangs with plain disc. The harrows are adopted a whole frame made of quadrangular steel tubes by welding, So their structures are simple and reasonable, strong and durable. Their processes are perfect. The bearing is ball bearing with sphere-outside and square-inside, its rated load is large, trailing resistance is small, sealing is good. They're convenient to operate and maintain. Efficient in pulverizing and penetrating into the soil and leaves the land with a smooth, even tilth. All these satisfy the agricultural requirements of intensive cultivation.
The 1BJ-4.4 disc harrow are suitable for pulverized and loosening clods on sticky heavy clay soil after ploughing and for planning the land before sowing. On cultivated land, the machines can make soil and fertilizer mix up, and clear away the stump of plants and be used instead of plough on light or medium soil and preparing seed bed for planting. Their folded wings make the working width wider and transportation width narrow. Fitted with hydraulic lifting rubber wheels and spring adjusting devices and roller bearing assemblies. They are convenient for transporting.
The 1BJ -4.4 Middle-duty Disc Harrow could be used with from90 HP to 120HP type tractors.
The middle -duty disc harrow has two disc gangs and they are the main working parts of the harrow. The disc blade of front disc gang is notched disc and the disc blade of rear disc gang is smooth disc, they are made of 65Mn steel plate and having been teat treating,so they are sturdy and durable. Through the two disc gangs, the middle-duty off-set disc harrow can achieve the goal of pulverizing and loosening the clods,fulfilling the task of harrow.
