Patel Basket 9 5/8" Oilfield Cementing Tools Cement Basket Product Description Cement Basket is an effective aid in retaining and supporting the cement where weak formations and stage cementing is encountered.
It is designed with Flexible Bow Springs, heat-treated under controlled condition for maximum strength and uniformity are welded to slip on collar and overlapping metal fins for flexibility and strength to support long columns of cement during primary cementing operation.
The cement basket can restrict the downward migration of cementing fluids. They are usually installed above lost circulation zones, under stage tools, or near surface when a top cementing job is planned.

1. Non-welded, pressed by punching, high strength.
2. Compared with single bow centralizer, the restoring force is higher while the starting force and running force are lower.Therefore, it can be run in vertical, highly-deviated and horizontal wells.
3. Hinged design allows convenient field installation.
4. Can be unfolded and stacked flatly, saving storage and transportation cost.
