Both ends of the workpiece can be machined simultaneously in a single clamping, significantly simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing processes. The second spindle, capable of full turning, handles workpieces during machining to reduce cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminates spindle vibration spindle, with nose end deflection accuracy within 0.002mm. This improves the surface finish of the workpiece.
