Description:
PP PE plastic pelletizing production line is used to make pellets from waste plastics, like PP, PE films, or HDPE, PP flakes or PET flakes.
For plastic PP, PE films, we developed a compact pelletizing line for them. Due to the films are very soft and foamed, it's difficult to be filled into extruder directly, even by force feeder screw, the efficiency is not good, and can be blocked. So, we integrated the most advanced technologies and cost-effective concepts for this kind of machine, we developed the PP, PE film granulating machine.
screw design adopts Germany technology for better plasticizing.Cut compactor on the extruder has the function of crush and compress the material so that the material can be better melt and flow into the single screw extruder.Cutter in the compactor(rotary cutter & stationary cutter).The material can be cut and aggregated here and then extrude to the main extruder.
Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA, inlet mouth treated with special alloy: very strong and long life. Gear box:high torque,low noise,external connect with cooling recycling system;
Process flow of plastic granulating/pelletizing machine: Feeding conveyor belt →metal detector(optional) → compactor feeder→single screw extruder(first stage) →hydraulic screen changer→(material separated die head→ single screw extruder(second stage)→ hydraulic screen changer→)hot die face cutting system→water cooling tank→dewatering machine → vibration(optional) → air conveyor→silo

PP PE film plasticpelletizing production line is mainly used to make pellets from waste plastics, like PP, PE films, agricultural films, LDPE stretch films, LLDPE films, PP woven bags, shopping bags, and other soft PP,PE plastics.
