The machine's optimized 30-degree inclined structure ensures unparalleled precision, exceptional rigidity, and outstanding cutting stability. Constructed from one-piece high-strength HT300 cast iron, the robust structural lathe bed utilizes finite element analysis for superior mechanical rigidity and stability. This results in prolonged reliable accuracy, enhanced processing stability, extended tool life, and improved accuracy stability through stress relief treatment. The high-strength roller linear rail design and screw pre-tension transmission system enhance rigidity performance. The machine's simple and elegant appearance aligns with contemporary trends.
Main features of this machine tool:
1. Featuring a direct drive synchronous electric spindle device, this machine offers magnetic ring incremental encoder (sine and cosine) positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds, and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds. It effectively eliminates spindle vibration, and the nose deflection accuracy is within 0.002MM, improving the surface finish of the workpiece. With a rear-mounted rotor for faster installation and maintenance, the spindle motor is equipped with a cooling system to minimize thermal displacement impact and ensure constant spindle operating temperature. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance testing, providing excellent accuracy retention, high rigidity, and high efficiency. This makes the machine ideal for both finishing and rough machining, as well as heavy cutting, particularly suited for mass production of complex shapes requiring high smoothness.
2. The high-rigidity integrated design servo power turret enhances rapid and precise tool changing. Combined with the high-speed power axis for power milling, it delivers stellar turning and milling capabilities. The tool holder uses a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, driven by a servo spindle motor, ensuring robust power transmission.
3. Equipped with roller linear guides and precision-ground, heat-treated ball screws, this machine guarantees optimal accuracy and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer axis structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, dramatically boosting processing accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain perfect accuracy under impact, provide smooth, low-noise displacement, and extend service life.
