The new PX-BFC80 SmartFiller all-in-one filling line is rated for 30 fills per minute, depending on fill volume. Rotating "smart turret" star wheel for filling, inserting and capping stations. Star wheel sizes are 10-100ml containers. The double-nozzle filling station is equipped with a precision double-piston pump with an accuracy of ±1%. Gorilla e-cigarettes are a huge hit, and we use a round table to organize the bottles. Gorilla's cap and inner stopper are glued together. With the help of the positioning mold, it can be easily inserted into the bottle mouth. The torque of the cap is perfectly adjusted by the magnetic torque motor.
