Recycling Process
Product Description
Belt conveyor Used to convey PET bottle waste to the label remover or crusher in the back-end equipment.
Crusher machine Used for crushing PET bottles into 12-18mm pieces.
Screw feeder This equipment is used to transport the rinsed material to the rear equipment
Floating tank It is used to rinse the material for the first time to separate the sediment impurities in the material

Centrifugal dryer The centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation removes most of the water from the material.
Zig-zag dryer system Heating of the air in the pipeline to further reduce the moisture content of the material.
Label separator Is responsible for efficiently removing labels from PET bottles, ensuring the purity of the PET flakes intended for recycling.
Silo For storage of clean and dry PET flakes.
Control cabinet For controlling the washing line and observing the operation of each piece of machine.
