This machine equips three motors, independently for Cutting, Grinding, and Grooving.
ZLYD-3200-2 (economical model) : "one Cutting head+ one grinding head."
ZLYD-3200-3 (classical model) : "One cutting head+ one grinding head+ one slotting head", or "one grinding head + two grinding heads".
Features:
1. The machine is designed with integral frame structure. The frame is processed by gantry machining center with high-precision
2. Walking device adopts linear guideway, high-precision worm gear and rack, and reducer.
3. The linear guide Rail is oil-immersed, and is equipped with waterproof covering device, which is durable and long-lasting.
4. Clamping device adopts High-quality pneumatic cylinders to clamp plates to backer.
5. Machine Head adopts independent dovetail dragging plate.
6. The worktable are in 304 stainless steels, which has high hardness, wear resistance, and smooth surface, permanently keeping plates from surface damage or scratching during processing.
7. The worktable is assembled with universal wheels to facilitate the loading and unloading of plates.
