The function of mold
Shape finalization

Cooling and solidification
The mold has a built-in cooling system, which uses circulating coolant to quickly cool and solidify the molten PE. The quality of the cooling system directly affects the molding cycle and product quality.
Demolding and discharge
After the mold is opened, the embedded demolding mechanism (such as reverse mold, ejector rod, etc.) discharges the solidified PE product to complete an injection molding cycle.
Local structure
Through the mold cavity structure or sliding core mold, some small structures such as concave, convex, and threaded can be formed on the product to improve the functionality of the product.
