Customized connector pleated sintered filter cartridges are filter elements that are made of stainless steel wire mesh or sintered metal fiber felt. The filter cartridges are formed by sintering at the contact points of the wire mesh, creating a porous filter cylinder with high surface filtration performance. The cartridges feature a pleated design, providing a larger filtration area and strong dirt-holding capacity. They can be provided with double-open ends or single-open end, often accompanied by threaded end gaskets (such as O-rings) to reduce friction.
Compared to cylindrical filters of the same size, the folded design of pleated sintered filter cartridges can offer up to 3 times more dirt-holding capacity while occupying less installation space.
Pleated sintered filter cartridges can be easily cleaned through backwashing, reverse flow, ultrasonic cleaning, or other methods. Even after 3 to 5 cleaning cycles, they can still maintain over 90% of their original filtration efficiency.
