Our new developed metal pipe laser cutting machine is equipped with automatic exchanging platform. Only 10s for feeding, quick and automatic. The cutting slit of this kind of 3kw fiber laser cutter is smaller without extra secondary processing, auto focus, rail automatic lubrication. Smoke exhaust system can help to save energy and protect environment. Fiber Laser cutting head is designed with intelligent anti-collision function to automatically eliminate the meaningless cutting. The industrial fiber laser cutter bed is detachable, which is made of 18mm thick steel plate, and easy to maintain. Automatic programming software designed by Perfect Laser directly can help to improve the working effeciency.
1.The automatic laser cutting machine is equipped with a switch-type double table. During the cutting, it can also load and unload the sheet workpiece. The table is equipped with a rotating ball support, so it is easy to move the plate, the auto feeding laser cutter machine also equipped with a coarse positioning device, to ensure the clamp can roughly position to the plate, and prevent the sheet move, which ensured the accuracy of parts processing, and reduced waste material.
2.If the power is off or the chain is pulled off, the table can be pushed by hand to facilitate the follow -up maintenance. Open design of steel plate laser cutting machine is convenient to observe the work dynamics in time.
3.The exchange platform with heavy capacity can be placed 8-10 mm carbon steel plate. The steel fiber laser cutter machine table has universal balls. There is a sheet metal clamping device beside the table, which can firmly fix the materials on the table to avoid workpiece movement.
