VMC1160X vertical machining center(VMC1160XCNC milling machine) adopts X, Y, Z three-axis servo direct connects half closed loop control,3-axis are 45# linear guideway, with fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature rise change characteristics. servo motor of spindle driven through the synchronous belt. It can processing a variety of a complex parts such as plate, plate, shell,cam, the mould, and once clamping can complete drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, tapping and other process, are suitable for many varieties, medium and small batch parts. Can be equipped with the fourth axis rotary table for the processing requirements of special parts.
The main foundation components such as base, sliding seat, table, column, spindle box adopt HT250 cast iron; Structure of the base and sliding seat is box type,symmetric expression is compact and reasonable,ensure the basic components high rigidity and resistance bending vibration performance; 'A' type bridge straddle type column and internal grid reinforcement, strongly guarantee the rigidity and precision of the Z axis cutting;The main foundation parts with resin sand molding and after aging treatment, ensure the stability of the precision for the machine be using a long time.
3-axis are 45# linear guideway, with fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature rise change characteristics. with automatic forced lubrication, improve the accuracy of machine tool life; Z direction add counter weight balance, to ensure the smooth movement of the spindle box; Z direction drive motor with power-off brake device;
X, Y, Z 3-directions adopt high precision, high strength,inner loop double nut preloading ball lead screws; Drive motor straight connect with lead screws by using elastic coupling, feed servo motor directly transfer power to high precision ball screw,no back clearance, ensure the accuracy of the machine positioning and synchronization;
Adopt high speed, high precision, high rigid spindle unit, axial and radial loading capacity is strong, Max.speed is 8000 RPM;
The spindle adopt center blowing structure, after the spindle loosen tool, the inner taper of spindle be cleaned by high pressure air immediately, ensure the accuracy and life of cutting tool clamping;
The guideway and the lead screws of the X, Y, Z three directions are adopt closed protection ,ensure the cleanness of lead screw and guideway, ensure the transmission,motion precision and life of machine tools;
