Product Description The challenges faced in the platinum smelting process are the high temperature environment of -3000 degrees and the corrosion of various acid and alkali fluxing agents. L.T Graphite has developed a suitable high-purity corrosion-resistant graphite crucible based on the characteristics of platinum smelting:
1. Crucible structure is fine and the porosity is extremely low to ≤11%. The inner and outer walls of the crucible can be mirror polished, which highlights the lubricity of the graphite material and makes it difficult for the molten material to adhere to the crucible wall.
2. Carbon content reaches 99.99%, and the impurity content is extremely low, so it will not pollute the molten material.
3. Packaging & Shipping1. For crucible products, we will reasonably distribute the quantity and weight layout and use thickened compressed board for packaging.
2. The box cover is fixed with a lock, which is easy to open and close while ensuring firmness, avoiding accidental damage during customs inspection or when taking it out in the workshop.
3. The interior of the packaging box is made of thickened, non-flying foam to prevent the product from shaking and impacting during transportation.Product Parameters
