Introduction
Cubic Instruments' Gasboard-9085 is a maritime Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) that complies with major international and domestic standards including MARPOL Annex VI, GB15097-2016, and GD01-2011. The system is designed for continuous measurement of exhaust gas emissions from maritime vessels. Gasboard-9085 utilizes multiple advanced technology platforms including UV-DOAS, NDUV, NDIR, GFC, and TDLAS to precisely measure regulated pollutants such as SO2, CO2, NOx, NH3, and other emission gases. The system also integrates ultrasonic flowmeters and temperature / pressure modules for desulfurization process and engine exhaust measurements.
To enable comprehensive gas composition analysis and flow measurement, Gasboard-9085 features an integrated heated sample treatment system that prevents condensation throughout the analytical path. To withstand the challenging maritime environment including ship movements, constant vibrations, and corrosive conditions, the system incorporates marine-grade construction. For regulatory compliance and operational oversight, it provides comprehensive data management capabilities including real-time monitoring, continuous data logging, and automated reporting functions. To ensure ease of operation, the system includes a user-friendly interface. Gasboard-9085 offers a complete and reliable solution for maritime vessel emission monitoring and regulatory compliance.
