It employs high-speed, specially formulated plastic media to expertly target and eradicate the delicate flashes, ensuring optimal product integrity and unmatched precision.
FUNCTIONS
Our advanced machine is extensively utilized in the precise removal of flash from small rubber and plastic components, such as O-rings, gaskets, and other intricately molded parts, offering exceptional efficiency and accuracy.
By incorporating cutting-edge cryogenic processing technology, the flashes are initially frozen, then expertly removed using high-speed projection of Polycarbonate blast media. This process significantly enhances the surface quality of rubber and plastic molded pieces, delivering superior results.
