3PE Heat shrinkable sleeve anticorrosion is currently the most important method of pipeline anticorrosion. Among them, open-ended heatable sleeves account for the largest proportion. The open-ended sleeves are usually 3PE, which consists of polyethylene heat shrinkable tape fixing sheet two solvent-free epoxy primer. Most of the time, two adhesive strips are also needed to form a complete open-ended heat shrinkable sleeve. Among them, the length the polyethylene heat shrinkable tape is calculated based on the outer diameter of the pipe, for example, for a pipe diameter of φ508, the of the polyethylene heat shrinkable tape is about 1.82 meters,the width of the fixing sheet is always 120mm,the must be the accompanying two-component solvent-free epoxy primer.
