1) Remove burrs inside and outside the contour, and round off the corners. Since it is a flexible processing, all sheet metal parts that have been polished, brushed and coated will not damage the surface and coating.
2) It is suitable for removing burrs in the holes of flat or relatively flat sheet metal parts processed by CNC punching and shearing machines; removing burrs generated after laser cutting; removing slag generated by flame cutting or plasma cutting, etc.
3) Replace the burr file, scraper or use electric or pneumatic tools for grinding process treatment, so that the workpiece can be polished more evenly; safer, and effectively reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency.
4) The grinding and stroke parameters can be visually adjusted freely, and only the workpiece contour and sharp edges can be polished without damaging the surface, effectively protecting the workpiece coating, which is suitable for galvanized sheets, coated aluminum sheets, copper sheets, stainless steel sheets and other workpieces whose surfaces require protection.
5) The turbine vacuum adsorption technology is used, and the workpiece is firmly adsorbed during grinding. The workpiece after bending and special-shaped workpieces can also be adsorbed and polished, which greatly improves the processing range and efficiency, and prevents the vacuum adsorption system from losing pressure or failing due to blockage. There is also a special magnetic suction system. When the workpiece can be fixed by magnetic adsorption, it can greatly reduce the power consumption of the equipment, save energy and protect the environment, and save production costs to the maximum extent.
