The DBM-1820 is a high rigidity and precision horizontal boring and milling machining center with high performance, It consists of a boring machine and a high precision turntable. The machine is mainly used for milling, drilling, boring, tapping, thread turning, end-face milling of various medium and small sized box parts of high accuracy requirement in industries such as aerospace, aviation, large processing machinery, mining machinery such as excavators, large generator, construction machinery, large rolling steel equipment, transportation manufacturing, etc. Fundamental parts (bed, column, headstock, etc.) are of high quality cast iron, with resin sand molding and aging treatment. Bed is of closed box structure, with reasonable arrangement of reinforcement ribs and multi-point support. Spindle bearing adopts imported famous brand high-precision angular contact ball bearing with grease lubrication. Cooling sleeve is adopted for circulate cooling to control the temperature rise of the bearing at high speed, to ensure the spindle stability. Temperature sensor is adopted to measure the temperature of the outer ring of the spindle bearing,with high temperature alarm protection.
