Product Description

Shuangli's new-type wall panel equipment has high production efficiency, about 140 meters per hour, and the raw materials used are stones, sand and cement. Wallboard has high strength and low cost, and can be used for fences, enclosures, farms, simple houses, factories, etc. This concrete slab forming machine works on the concrete flat platform powered by the motor.
The incompact materials are pushed into the forming place by the speed reducing convening and
the slider's repeatedly moving on straight, then the materials push each other to air out.
The continuously working of vibration plate will highly classify the concrete. At the same time,
the reaction of pushing materials by slider will move the whole machine go along with the steel
wire overcoming the frictional resistance. The concrete slab is forming during the process behind
the machine. After maintenance 2 days, it can be cut in to concrete slabs for use.

reinforcement.
2. Production ground: smooth concrete ground, 80-100m long. 10-30m Width
