Product Description 1. Working principles:(1)The machine is equipped with two stirring shafts with many blades on it. The blades rotate in opposite directions to force the material to make spiral movement.(2)When the material reaches one side of the machine, the shafe will turn it over to the other side where there is another shaft making the same movement. (3)When the crossed blades are moving, a fluidized weightlessness and rotation vortex is formed in the center of the chamber.(4)According to the movement locus of the material in the weighelessness mixer, the space can be devided into three zones: The rotation zone, the revolution zone (circumferential movement) and the weightless zone, which will form a full cycle to achineve the rapid mixing purpose. 2. Uses: It is widely used in chemical, cosmetics, fine chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, metallurgy, mining, building materials, ceramics, refractories, dry mortar, food, feed, paint, dyes and other powders, solid-liquid, solid -slurry materials' mixing. 3.
